1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdx88 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdx88 platform at bdx88.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You must ensure that your use of the bdx88 platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. bdx88 does not verify the legality of online gaming in each player's jurisdiction; this responsibility rests solely with the player.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full bdx88 platform you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to registration and ongoing account security:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bdx88. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdx88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds may be revised; current minimums are always shown in the Cashier section of your account.
• All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be returned to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. bdx88 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts held by any person other than the registered account holder.

• bdx88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as fraudulent, made in error, or originating from a compromised payment source. Relevant funds will be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may be reported to relevant authorities.

Unused account funds may be withdrawn subject to these Terms, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain on the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdx88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded as bonus funds, not real-money cash. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the bonus terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets does not count towards wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent closure of all involved accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on bdx88 are operated using certified RNG software provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error during a betting round, bdx88 will resolve the round in accordance with the relevant game provider's documented error-handling policy. bdx88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdx88 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bdx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct violations, eligibility violations, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by bdx88.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
